Crescent Moon

Crescent Moon by Lori Handeland

Cryprozoologist Diana Malone has come to New Orleans to keep a promise and to find a monster. Hired by billionaire, Frank Tallient to find a wolf where there shouldn't be one, Dianne soon finds herself on the hunt for a local legend, one that could make her famous if it didn't kill her first.

Disdaining the house of his ancestors he lives simply, seen so infrequently that most think he is dead this quiet man is full of secrets. However he is the only person skilled enough to help Dianne in her search and keep her alive.

Full of suspense and hot monkey love Crescent moon is sure to delight. With visits by Mandenauer and Elise and new secondary characters just begging for a stories of their own crescent moon will not disappoint Ms Handiland's existing fans.

Don't be confused this is NOT book four of the moon series but book one of the nightcreatures. Set in the same world as the previous series nixing them is a common mistake. Next book in the series Midnight Moon out in August 2006.

Fangs but no Fangs

Fangs but no Fangs by Kathy Love

Christian Young had been a very naughty vampire. Held under the influence of his maker with an illusion of love he had committed many loathsome acts, including the near destruction of his own family. However now he is free of her and determined to become better man, well vampire at least, so he has devised a twelve step plan, a special diet and shuns all his preternatural gifts.

Jolee Dugan is determined to make something of herself, goodness knows she'd be the only one in her family to do so. With a determination none of her deadbeat relatives possess Jolee is working hard at her kareokee bar, the last thing she needs is a neighbor with an attitude and a twelve step program. It takes him rescuing her and then running her down with his car before the two become friends, but Christian feels more each time he is with Jolee, how can he possibly explain to her how dangerous he can be?

Full of the fun and humor we've come to expect from Kathy Love, Fangs but no Fangs is a fitting sequel to Fangs for the Memories. With a slightly darker turn than it's predecessor this book does justice to the vampire trying to change his life, after all nothing worth having is easy.

Chocolate Kisses

Chocolate Kisses by Francis Ray, Maryann Reid, Renee Luke

A Chocolate Affair by Francis Ray

Miranda Collins is the one that got away. His college sweetheart, Lucian Faulkner III never understood her sudden abandonment but now that he's found her again Lucian will never let her go.

He was her weakness and to prevent loosing everything she had turned her back on him. Since then her career has bloomed but now he's back more distracting then ever and this time he's not going away.

Hot and rich this sensual story will have you salivating and squirming with descriptions of tasty chocolate treats and scenes of sizzling sex.

A Good Man is Hard to Count by Maryann Reid

Savannah has determined the best way of keeping track of her lovers is with a man jar. Each time she gets laid she puts an appropriate colored stick in the jar, when the jar gets full the predominate color is the man to go. And then comes Clinton, a sexy firefighter he soon has her only wanting him, but when he finds the man jar and figures out its use will it end the budding relationship?

I found this a very hard story to get into, the characters are unsympathetic but obviously believable or I wouldn't loathe them so passionately. He's a cheat and she's a skank so I guess they deserve each other although I can't say I hold much hope for the future of this relationship.

Chocolate Kisses

Nicole wanted her best friend and now that he was moving she was determined to have him, no strings, no holds bared sex. So she fills her cookie jar with condoms and chocolate kisses and seduces him.

Marcus couldn't believe his luck when his beautiful best friend propositioned him but being no fool he jumped at the offer. However will he still want to end when only chocolate kisses remain?

So hot it's hard to believe it's a debut, chocolate kisses combines a superb plot with steaming hot sex that will have you looking at your best friends in a whole new way.

Sexy and sassy Charlotte gives Hugh a run for his money in a story you won't be able to put down.

The three storys in this book intertwine to give you a vivid glimpse into the lives of the characters inviolved. I have read this book twice and if you could see my TBR pile you'd know that ment something great. Highly recomend to those who love pirates and/or regency erotica.
