The Hard Stuff
The Hard Stuff by Karin Tabke, Bonnie Edwards and Sunny
Stakeout
Hard working cop Stevie Cavanaugh has one hard fast rule, she didn't do cops. So when sexy special agent Jack Thornton, her only one night stand shows on her latest case it should be smooth sailing right? Unfortunately the stakeout involves watching a male escort ply his trade and as the action heats up Stevie starts wondering if maybe another one night stand might be the answer she's looking for.
With compelling characters this tale is enthralling and enchanting right to the end. A dangerous bad guy add's to the thrills and tingles making this story one not to be missed.
Bodywork
Lisa Delaney has a classic car collection that needs work and she only trusts Tyce Branton to do the work. Tyce loved Lisa once but then she ran from him, now he spends his days pandering to selfish rich women with expensive old cars. Why should he treat Lisa any differently?
Characters so real you want to slap them silly occasionally draws you into Bodywork. A fantastic storyline revolving around them keeps you in. With a whiney step son and a cute nephew to keep things interesting you'll find yourself looking forward to Bonnie's next offering.
Chinatown
Undercover cop Lily Huang is kidnapped by a gang of people smugglers and held hostage, her only hope is federal agent Wesley Penzatti but when his cover is blown and they are locked in a room together naked with Wes pumped full of a super charged aphrodisiac will Lily be able to trust Wes enough to face the hard stuff?
The heart thumping start to Chinatown leaves you feeling like the rest of the story couldn't possibly live up to it. How interesting can a romance be when the couple got together under such pressure. Ignore this feeling and read on because Sunny doesn't let up on the pressure until the very last page.
While the warning on the back of the new Aphrodisia series might lead you to believe your buying something that is mostly hot sex it's a lie. These three gripping stories will have you flipping pages as fast as possible as the tales suck you in. Whether it be a tale of first love lost and reclaimed or an action thriller you'll quickly find that The Hard Stuff is a thrill a minute one way or another. With only a few minor editing hicups that you might expect with a new line The Hard Stuff is set to be a keeper.
